If you found any broken parts when unload the container, please take video and pictures to us right away, we will in charge of them in 72hours.
If you found any quality defeat, take pictures and we will replaced new one to you.
If you found any shortage, take pictures and we will send you the new one by DHL if necessary.
If we fall short on our promises or you feel let down, Our manage team would dearly like to know about it at once. Our director will personally put right anything that has gone wrong. Are you the right supplier for me?

We are also selling other sanitary ware product but with very strict selection.
We try to make sure that you are getting lowest price at our level quality.
It's my first time to import from China, what should I do to start business with you?
Make sure you know the market, or we will do the research for you and recommend design for your reference.
We are selling our bathroom cabinet and led bathroom mirror to more than 30 countries, you can use our experience.
We can arrange production, delivery, custom clearance, until you get the goods in your warehouse.
Can i get a sample? Will it take much more cost to get a sample?
Of course you can get a sample in 10-20 days, depends on design and busy season.
We wont ask for extra cost for sample, though it will take much more extra effort to make sample as a factory.
What is your delivery time?
Usually it will take 45days for 1x20ft container.
But it will also changed by the design complex and busy season.
Do you have certificate for your product?
CE certificate is available.
What is your solution when I got product with flaw?
Please contact us as soon as you find product with flaw.
If it was confirmed that it was our mistake, we will return by money or send replaced one by next shipment or DHL.
